Build #36 is released

Another portion of bugfixes, for protocols & core plugins. I included the build number to the Help -> About page, so you can easily distinguish an alpha build from all another. It’s the first Unicode build

without

the Unicode History Viewer, because its functionality was finally included into the core (i.e. that plugin was nothing but a Unicode remake of the core code). HistoryW was also deleted from the FL.
