IcqOscarJ 0.3.6.8 Alpha 9 (2005-11-19)

- finished unicode support for groups (although groups are not unicode when downloaded from server - limitation of current API)
- fixed typo in Codepage setting - now it really works
- fixed problem with SimpleAway - removed incorrect flag PF1_INDIVMODEMSG
- added level 2 rate management for Custom status and status mode messages (no more disconects on login with many contacts in list)
- other small fixes & optimisations
