модем через сеть подключен, на IP коннектится (ну то есть админ панель открывает), в статусе показывает коннектед, показывает скорость подключения...

Объясняю почему не включен Dhcp - я прописал адрес компа вручную, так как почему-то никак не происходит присвоение ip адреса сервером
