UserInfoEx is an extended version of the built in contact info dialog for Miranda.
It completely replaces the existing one. It's larger to provide more room for creativity.In addition it gives you the opportunity to edit the details of each contact
on your own. Whether an information is protocol based or user defined is shown by its colour.
