Никогда не переводил договоры а тут приходится, не знаю может кто и сталкивался с этим, в общем нужна помощь )
1. The Use of Proceeds shall be for development and construction of the subject property.
2. The Interest rate shall be libor plus 300 basis points.
3. Collateral shall be a first mortgage on the subject property.
Lender shall record a first lien on all assets of the company. We shall record a lien of assignment on all other assets.
