статье все-таки три года уже... думаю, на сегодняшний день speedisk не единственный продукт, не использующий стандартный api дефрагментатора. кроме того, поддержка speedisk уже закончена...
под xp, кстати, стандартный API способен дефрагментировать разделы с размером кластера более 4kb.
