In the event of a system crash, virus attack or user error, RestoreIT enables you to instantly recover deleted or overwritten files, your preferred system configuration, and even your operating system, to any point in time prior to the data loss or system failure. Here is how RestoreIT works: *When you install RestoreIT! for the first time, you will create a protected image of the computer's default settings called a static restore point. RestoreIT! stores this snapshot of your PC in a hidden and secured partition of your hard drive. Then, you can create additional incremental restore points automatically or manually any time you want to save changes you have made since the static restore point was created. So, if you want to restore back to 10 minutes ago or to 10 days ago, all you have to do is choose the date and time you want to restore back to and your problem is solved.
