Вот, сделал "ресерч" в интернете и нашел несколько программ. Проверил 4 из них, ни одна из них не подходит мне полностью. Точно, самому придется писать.
В принципе, я подумал, что это очень даже не сложно.
Делаешь две программы, одна сервер, другая клиент. Сервер делается очень даже просто, а сложность клиента будет зависить от расишеренности настроек и GUI. На каждый компьютер ставится клиент, а на сервер-сервер. И каждый компьютер синхронизируется с сервером либо по локалке либо через интернет.
