В общем говорится следущее :
1. в Windows Explorer или My Computer , или другом файловом мэнеджере надо в папке с Оффисом 2003 найти файл - data1.msi ! и нажать на него правым кликом мыши и там в Attributes : надо найти Read-Only и снять с него галочку , и нажать ОК (решпект) !!!
