Вставил новый картридж - тоже самое :-(
Есть здесь знатоки принтеров с хорошим английским? Мне что-то подсказали, только непонятно что :-)

even though you changed the cartridge, it seems that
soething with the position of the cartridge or there's something that blocking the lens.
try to play with that, since that model is known as a
reliable "working horse", and if you still have
problems, come and drop it on our labratory next week.
