Фигня в том, что это сообщение появляется только если были пофиксены ошибки. Если ничего не исправлялось - записи в логе не появляется

Ошибаетесь уважаемый. Запись появляется вне зависимости от результатов проверки, ибо само событие (Source: Winlogon; EventID: 1001) все равно имеет место быть. Я вот не поленился и проверил:
