Not much new stuff - see changelog for details. The "Force ANSI send" has been added to the send menu, if a buddy has troubles receiving unicode messages when using tabsrmm_unicode + an unicode aware protocol (known problem with Trillian 3, for example). It's a per contact override which is saved to the contacts record.
The protocol menu is back, and this time it has some functionality attached to it. At the moment, it is only interesting for people running IEView, because it allows to switch the message log "on the fly" while the tab is open. This is, again, a "per contact" setting to override the global IEView setting. Useful, if you need unicode support for a few special contacts, for example, because IEView does not yet support unicode messages.
This menu will probably receive more options in the future.
Hotkeys should now be translateable (see the translation template, at the very end of the file), and a new hotkey (default Alt-T) has been added, to quickly toggle the toolbar on and off.
