Даже не вникая в суть - понятия фигурируют как самостоятельные. x64 - одна из 64-битных платформ. Для x64 -
x64 edition, для ia64 - 64-bit edition.
Подробное обсуждение в том числе и этого вопроса на
ixbt. Понимаю, много, но это так или иначе проскакивает.
