3C905CX-TX-M - Железо

Hello All !

Купили сет. карточки 3C905CX-TX-M, а диагностика в ДОСе их не определяет,
пишет у вас нет сетевых карт 3Com и залить образ по сети через ghost не получается.
Дрова брал и диагностику брал последние с 3com (ver. 5.4).

Под Win2k карточка работает нормально.

Никто не сталкивался ?

хотя на сайте производителя ясно сказано :Drivers: Linux 2.4, 2.2; Windows XP, Me, 2000, 98, NT 4.0; Novell NetWare 5.x, но в дровах они дают саппорт для доса...странно...и ничего странного!!в описании дров есть описание твоей проблемы: >>> DOS diagnostics incompatibility with 3C905B NIC in
Plug and Play PCI computers

During testing, 3Com encountered incompatibilities with the
3C905B&C NIC family and the some PCs when loading the
3Com DOS Configuration and Diagnostics program. This
happens when the PnP OS option is enabled in the BIOS
settings. When the computer is booted, configuration
resources are not assigned to the NIC. 3Com recommends
that you change the PnP OS setting to disabled, save that
configuration, reboot the computer to DOS, then run the
3Com DOS Configuration and Diagnostic program.
в-общем, тебе надо в bios отключить os pnp и, ещё желательно на слот,куда вставлена карточка, установить прерывание. Удачи)
